厚膜晶片电阻依靠玻璃基体中粒子间的接触形成电阻。这些触点构成完整电阻,但工作中的热应变会中断接触。由于大部分情况下并联,厚膜电阻不会开路,但阻值会随着时间和温度持续增加。因此,与其他电阻技术相比,厚膜电阻稳定性差 (时间、温度和功率)。
